Is the multi tool any good? I noticed it's not brushless also.

Nope. In the future, you can find out whether it's capable for partial return by checking the order in the cart. If it has itemized pricing then it is considered "hackable"

Not really unless you use it strictly for light works. Multitool and reciprocating saw are the ones I'll wait for brushless deals

You want the newest model if you're buying Ryobi. There are a number of video's on the YT that compare the older gen to the current gen and the performance difference is quite significant. The older gens don't perform all that well. They're probably fine for smaller tasks, but they seem pretty disappointing vs the current model PBLMT51B.

I'm waiting (hoping) for Direct Tool to offer it at a discount.

The multi-tool is fine. When used for typical multi-tool stuff (plunge cuts in drywall or trimming MDF or thinner wood stock), it works great. I'd imagine you'll want to replace the included blades with better quality ones. Haven't seen the need for that quite yet. Happy with mine.

I paid $35 from DTO for a blemished model which was a good deal. I think this is a good deal overall, if you need both tools. I imagine the sander is a bit bulky with a battery attached. Plug in orbital sanders can be bulky already even as a plugged in model, so can't imagine this is ergonomic for longer usage.
