The google interface is known to be horrible for tracking you

It is somewhat better, but to my eyes $250-300..not $1500 better

Been waiting on this one to drop severely since December and it delivered. I don't think it'll last another step down but I could be wrong.
The u8 series is very highly rated for bright rooms, which we have one for our main TV room. We'll see if it actually delivers on that designation, if not we are okay eating $100 to have it picked up to be returned.
I would share the ratings as such but rtings recently paywalled all their scores. Great.
