Bought this last year at $20. The price is a good point to decide if using a weighted vest works for you. If it does, you end up buying a better one. The pocket is too small, the seams are not that strong, and many comment that the bags break. Tip: Put them in a snack bag first.

I used this for decline pushups quite a bit the last year. In that position the weights on the front side start to slip out of the velcro closure but can be mitigated by re-situating the velcro.

Weighted vests are not going to vent well. You are going to sweat under them. Then they are going to smell. Washability is something to consider when buying one

have this for a year. only 1 seam ripped and that was during installation of the sand bags. wished it were metal rods for easier installation. I use it 4x a week

I have had this vest for about a year and it has held up under moderate use. To tell you the truth though if you are looking to add weight to your body for training you are better off wearing a weighted scuba diving belt. These type of vests put the weight on your spine and make you top-heavy which can throw off your balance. The scuba belt puts the weight over your hips and is in the center of your body and that is better for balance.

Had this for almost 2 years i think. No issues, no tears. 3x a week usually, sometimes more. Ended up buying a much nicer one not long ago. I still use this one so i don't have to take weights out of the new one, i keep that one heavy.
