I Googled top 5 food processors and got a link for top 5 and top 7, Panasonic was on neither list. Though Panasonic in general has a good reputation and I suspect the unit is decent. There are some reviews on the website, mostly very good but they did not take out a couple bad reviews, one saying it is plastic which is not a big deal to me.

Reminds me of a spiral vegetable cutter thing I bought - never used it. Bought it after eating something really good that was made with one.

If that includes her responsibilities then why not make things easier for her? I wish my kids would have found one and I would have loved it

You want to make her work easier... how about doing the cooking yourself.

look, as far as I am concerned... every cook needs a large and a mini Food Processor.

I personally make hummus and baba ganoush on a regular basis. I use it for turkey or chicken patties (leftovers).

I also use it to make red horseradish sauce.

And for the mini... I am constantly almasophying garlic to olive oil to be used with my hummus or when i make my own salad dressing.

What do other people use theirs for.

THIS Foodprocessor looks as good as any other and the price is right.
