These 12v tools are surprisingly powerful... built a small deck with them. I always start projects with them and go until I need the 20v, which hardly ever happens. Its the same charger too, so that's a huge plus.

Decent price if you're not already invested with the Dewalt 20v tools. 12v and 20v batteries are not interchangeable. Don't need another different set of batteries and chargers in the garage.
