Warning, this is not a X86 laptop and will have problems with gaming and some other applications. Make sure your applications you use are ARM compatible. Otherwise this is a great price for this laptop 👍

I've owned one of these for 18 months. Excellent laptop. Build quality is top-notch, screen is absolutely gorgeous, battery life is great and it's plenty fast. Yes it's Windows on ARM so don't plan on gaming on this. The only app that I couldn't use is my company's VPN client. Aside from that, most apps have native ARM builds or work fine through emulation.

I got two of these for like $700 opened box about a year ago. They are great. Battery lasts me 3 work days without charging

This is a thin, premium Windows on ARM laptop that stands out for its 3K 90Hz OLED touch screen, strong battery life, and fast everyday performance. The build feels solid, the backlit keyboard is well liked, and the machine stays cool and quiet for most use. The main catch is app compatibility, especially for gaming, printer and scanner software, VPN clients, and other niche Windows tools. Open box condition also varies, with some units arriving pristine and others showing missing chargers or display burn in. A strong fit if your apps are ARM ready and you want long battery life in a light chassis.

The open-box hardware can arrive clean and nearly new while still working normally.

The laptop can deliver multi-day battery life for office work without charging.

The 3K OLED touch display can look gorgeous with bright colors for daily use.

The device can run many Windows apps smoothly using native ARM builds or emulation.

Windows on ARM can cause app compatibility problems that require research or workarounds.

Gaming can be problematic due to kernel-mode anti-cheat and older game performance glitches.

Open-box units can be missing key accessories like the charger or box.

Open-box OLED screens can show burn-in or ghosting on display-model units.

Common Questions (5)

The X Elite model is still strong for Windows users who want a bright 3K 90Hz OLED, good battery life, and solid performance, but the newer X2 generation is described as faster in single-core, more efficient, and better for app compatibility. If you want the newest ARM platform, waiting for an X2 deal may make sense.
Dr.W BlueZea1ot Hat-Trick TenseHaddock1086
Open-box units vary a lot: some arrive pristine or nearly new, while others are missing the charger or show sticker residue, cosmetic damage, or even display burn-in. Checking in-store pickup and inspecting the unit is safer than relying on shipping.
Hat-Trick thetaurean FrankF9516 MerryLocket603
Gaming and other x86-dependent apps can be problematic because this is Windows on ARM, not x86. ARM-compatible apps usually run fine, but kernel-level anti-cheat, some older games, and certain vendor tools or VPN clients may not work or may need workarounds.
thesaminator the-whiner waveman 391412
Battery life is a major strength, with reports ranging from all-day use to about 3 work days between charges. Sleep power draw is very low, but Modern Standby can eventually push the laptop into hibernate after a few hours.
lotrbfme waveman ddBqRvCpcFv6 FrankF9516
16GB can feel tight on Windows 11, especially with multiple tabs or heavier multitasking, and the RAM is not upgradeable. For light office, travel, and browsing use it can be fine, but users wanting more headroom often prefer the 32GB version.

Bought one open box fair condition. Laptop is clean. No charger or box . So far everything runs and battery life is excellent. The only thing is speakers are tinny and I may return it for that.

This is a great deal for the hardware, but if you don't understand what "Arm64 on Windows" implies fully, this is NOT a good deal for you. You will face headaches that you will cry over down the line.

From a quick Google; it looks like *Nix on this is getting there as of late 2025, but might take another 1-3 years for the Snapdragon X Elite. Nix on Aarch64 is mature, production ready. It's just a matter of getting there on these Snapdragon devices.

Got it 8/16 Fair condition in IL. Laptop looks practically brand new for $570 after tax. Had sticker residue on the bottom of the laptop and came with no charger. Besides that looks great and works fine so far!

If the sticker residue is in the shape of a rather large square, then it's a display model taken off display and put up for sale. You can use apps like HWINFO (ARM version) to see the total power on hours. If it's in the thousands, it's probably a display model. BestBuy typically leaves laptops powered on 24/7 for what could be up to a year. That's a lot of "mileage" on your "practically brand new" laptop.

Still available in some areas. I live near a Best Buy Outlet with a lot of open box items. I picked up one in fair condition yesterday. It was in perfect condition, battery at 100%, but missing the charger. Also a note that I was able to get Lenovo to reset the 1-year manufacturer's warranty to the purchase date even though the previous 1-year warranty had already expired, just by providing a copy of the Best Buy receipt..

I would be interested in this, actually today at lunch I was going to return mine. The screen has burn in, and its clear this was a display unit running all the time. The warranty is expired as well, when using the Lenovo app on the laptop.
If I thought I could get a screen warrantied then I would perhaps keep it.

I just picked mine up from the Best Buy in San Luis Obispo, California. Paid $500 for the "floor model". It's absolutely flawless, and came with a charger. The laptop is completely silent, the screen is bright and the colors are gorgeous. Love the backlit keyboard and rigid metal body.
