I scooped one of these open boxes but it ended up being a display unit with permanent cosmetic damage (a dent and 2 large squares where stuff was stuck on). Best buy had it marked as "Good".
Good news is, while sleeping it uses very little juice. With spin 3x snapdragon x 26-100 (not plus or elite) it was like half a precent an hour or less IIRC. And no surprise gotchas like putting it to sleep throwing it in your bag and finding a mini dry sauna an hour or two later.
