There are some huge caveats with this model.
First is that the cooling lines run through the shelves themselves. This means the shelves cannot move and items are restricted to the height of the shelves. Just under 7" for most shelves, 9" for the bottom half shelve.
It is not very well constructed. Where the coolant lines touch from their route in the shelves are not painted fully and mine are starting to show orange rust in those contact areas. This is more of an issue if it is very humid inside if you try to use it as a refrigerator instead of a pure freezer.
More than likely there will be damage on the outer shell from shipping. I had a couple dents and holes where you can see the insulation. I knew about this going in.
Cooling is directional in that the lower shelve coils are colder than the upper ones. You may have a temp gradient.
It's still worth it at this price if you understand all of these things going in.

I am having a hard time finding the dimensions on of an inside shelf, like, if I wanted to put a frozen pizza in, what is the depth and width of a level?

Good post.

To be fair, almost all upright freezers have these problems. Heat rises, cold settles, and it would use far too much electricity to have a fan pushing cold air to the top 24/7, so the shelves have the coils and the very top shelf won't get as cold.
Chest freezers don't have these problems, and are more energy efficient, but it's more work to get at your food.
Regular price on this size upright freezer is about $300.

If this arrives, you open it, and find it is damaged and/or defective (won't work), have fun trying to return it! "Two-day" return window, and opened can't be returned. READ THE REVIEWS.

it is tiny. Won't hold much. Went to look at it in person and said meh. I freeze a lot of stuff, chest freezer is full and was looking for more storage.

regular shelf safely is 6.75" high, 15" deep, 16" wide. Bottom shelve is 9" high and 7" deep.
There's a front lip for each shelve so you can wiggle things slightly higher than 6.75" under. The 15" depth maybe slightly less because of the door closing.

I eventually had to file a chargeback because of the rusting (recommended by walmart support as this was out of their return window).
If you need a freezer I don't see how you can beat the price. But it's kind of an eyesore if you want something that's not chintzy.
Probably would avoid if I knew all the caveats.

I bought this freezer recently. Works fine for the price but does not come frost free. That was a not an issue given the load ticket price however, the problem is delivery and trying to make returns. Item was delivered with a huge dent in the front and customer service was a misery to deal with. False promises of partial refund etc that took two weeks to resolve. Ultimately was able to return.
