To be fair though, following current trends that percentage is probably even higher in 2010, not quite 70 but its getting there.

So i responded to that.
And if people got depressed all year long, it wouldn't be "Seasonal" now would it?
It scares me that you are someday going to be a Dr.
Jeez. its an epidemic of depression.
That's the finding of the latest Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, which shows that 63.1% of adults in the U.S. were either overweight or obese in 2009.

Look in the mirror lately? Maybe YOU should work on that.
Why do you have to be such an ass? It was clear that BG meant people diagnosed with SAD, gain weight due to that seasonal depression. But you have to go off on her just because it makes you feel superior to put others down. I hope to god you never become a doctor.
He wont last in this field. First week he will get his ass kicked.

WHAT?! The post Moo quoted was a response you made to PC.
The quote you have in this post I'm quoting was something BG said.

And FYI... asshole doctors suck.
"Study predicts 75 percent overweight in US by 2015"
Like i said i am sorry. I rounded up. the 63% was in 2009
Today, more Americans than ever - 66 percent, according to the National Institutes of Health -- are clinically overweight, (in 2010)

in 2011 i figured 70% would be a valid statement.
