That is very sweet, but I do have a $10 gc and a $20-something dollar one that have been sitting in my purse forever. I'll mail you the $10 one today.
I'll mark you down for 2 sets of blocks.

It isn't that big of a deal, but we are still in the market for more participants.

Did anyone else get the email from the martini party?

We're looking for really enthusiastic brand ambassadors to throw a party and rally round our Martini Gold products. We need to see that personality JUMP off the page. Try to send some longer answers, and don't forget to tell us more about why you are a Passionista? And tell us more about which celebrity you would invite and what you would talk to them about or why you like him/her..
It will help us to find out more about you and get to know you better. Smilie

We're excited to hear back from you.

Email me with any questions and I'll make sure you get the best possible answer. We're so happy to have fans like you and we're really looking forward to sponsor your event.

Happy New Year
Marilyn

We went to a Star Wars Lego party this summer, and the mom made light sabers out of pool noodles and duct tape. They were a huge hit- we still have ours. She cut a pool noodle and then taped black and silver tape around the base.
that is a GREAT idea!!! Is it the super thick ones, or the thinner ones from dollar tree?? I hope by March they are selling those here... I hope so!

If you happen to see you have a picture of it uploaded already to FB, could you send me the link to it on FB??

I wonder if there would be a way to personalize them to each guest. Like

We probably will get the Star Wars Clone Wars plates and stuff from Target. But it doesn't have to be a Clone Wars Party. I found some shirts from Old Navy for them to wear that have Chewy, Anakin, and Yoda on them, so they each have their own.

So I don't really care if it's mixed up of original, Clone Wars, and Lego Smilie I don't think at 5 they will care either.

Here are some pics from the party showing how much fun the kids had with them. I tried to find a pic that had one up close so you can see how she made them. She also made some adorable costumes for the kids to wear out of muslin.

Went to bed just fine but from 4am on, lots of vomit
My body aches like I have been run over. Dh feels the same except his is coming out the other way. OMG

Too much info I know. Going to spend the day on the couch and see what happens.

I have 3 K's that I will not be using today. If anyone wants in the next few minutes or so let me know...

There are some pictures posted of the coffee mate party boxes on the coffee mate facebook page. The art one is up, and I think office is too. You can also track your package by using the reference DRILLTEAM on ups.com.

When my DD had colic the only thing that I could do was vacuum to get her to stop crying. When I took her to the doctor the nurse told me about a tea made of herbs that I could add to her bottle. It really helped and led down the road to me feeding her low lactose formula with the tea in it and she was much better. Speaking of formula- I dare not even mention the word around here because the ladies would freak out. I plan in BFing but if this baby has the same problems as my DD then I will more easily switch. I am going to stock up with the formula checks just in case. I was at a group on Friday and every mom there uses cloth diapers and one was making the confession that with her 3rd she is going to switch to disposable and it was a bit scandalous. Smilie I am just not the Earth Mother that most people here are.

We have 17 participants at present, so we have spots for 3 more or 8 more people (spots).

I've been missing you!

Sorry about the colicky baby. I know how rough that can be. Lauren was sooo bad they finally put her on phenabarbitol drops. We tried everything with her. It was so sad because feeding time that should be a wonderful time bonding caused my baby so much pain. After just a few sucks off the bottle, her little legs would curl up to her chest and she would just scream and scream. Drink some more and scream some more. In the afternoon I would just watch the clock waiting for Vin to get home to hand her off to him and I would go outside and cry. She did sleep good at night after all that screaming during the day. The good thing that came out of that time (if there could be a good thing) was at about 3 1/2 months when it passed, her normal baby fussing cry was like music to my ears. It didn't bother me at all because she wasn't in pain.
*writing down phenabarbitol*

Miss you too Kiss

Both of my older girls were colicky too so I kinda know what to expect and I think that makes it easier than the first time where I cried as much as she did. I try to remember that some babies never get to cry and some never get to come home at all and that this, too, shall pass.
