Hey all. Does anyone have any recipies for meatless low fat dinners that are still easy and filling? DF's doc says he's a bit high on cholesterol and that one night a week this should fix it?

There is a solid deal for Tangled using Target coupons and the Disney reward coupon. So you can get the 3d version for about 10 to 15 bucks depending on how it all shakes out. Just thought I would give yall a heads up... but I'm guessing posting the thread link would also help.

And done...

So I posted this in the T deals thread, but wasn't sure if you all read in there or not. Anyways, I used the $0.50 off up & up baby item q on a 2 pack of baby food stage 2 apple. Scanned with no beeps and attached. Made for $0.32 pack of baby food. Whee

Also I am for once happy that I live around all these organic only ppl! I have so many stores to choose from for the Happy Baby stuff! There is a HUGE selection of it at my T, then I have whole foods, olivers, safeways and a few other local stores! Needless to say, I made stops at the above stores today and started my stockpile! Whee

I got my stuff from Sf, but one pic of Dl is too dark. It's sad, but I think I will live. I'm about 2 sheets into the wind, but I think the third sheet may be at home.

I know tofu can sound really unappetizing if you have never eaten it before, but it really has no taste of its own. Its kinda like eggs, by that I mean it takes on the flavor of whatever it was cooked in. I used to be so anti tofu, but now I like it.

Tonight I am having this Chicken Nachos recipe [blogspot.com]. I have never used velvetta in a dish before, so this should be interesting. I am craving mexican, so it sounds good to me and the kids are happy to have something "snacky" for dinner as opposed to a reg dinner Wink

I don't actually make it (J and Shawn do Embarrassment) but they use it in stir fry's, soups, fried rice, ect. They just substitute the tofu for whatever meat they would normally use. Unfortunately, they never use recipes, so I can't share one with you. Frown It also means I can't replicate it for them, bc they just "throw it all together" laugh out loud Damn men Wink
