I remember when I was in my mid to late 20's it seemed like I was going to several weddings evey summer (they were always in summer around here) and then in my late 20 to early 30s I was going to several baby showers every summer. All of the that has tapered off now .....and now I'm feeling old......

So the pains are back today. Frown They go away when I sit/lay, so I forsee a lot of that in my future. Thank heaven its only 11 more days left. Since I am being forced to sit, I am working on a SF book, something I haven't done in a while. I am pleasantly surprised there are new book themes! bounce I love it when they give us more choices! Whee

Happy Saturday night! The house is empty...I went to work today and had plans to go back tonight...but didn't. Was going to go grocery shopping...but didn't. Edited prom pictures and are uploading them to SF...I might just throw them into a book and wait for a good deal...decisions decisions!

I vote for making the book! That is exactly what I just did. Made a book I somehow missed from last summer and I will wait until the next deal! laugh out loud

So sorry to hear about the craptastic week. Hope the babe is feeling better. Love that you took in the neighbor girl & are giving the family all kinds of stockpile stuff. Those are the times when it feels so good to just have a bunch of "stuff". As usual, you are a real sweetheart and I'm sure your help has meant so much to them.

The week was even worse because things at work are a disaster. We had a deal worked out for the sale of the pharmacy and then the buyer started pulling out all these stupid & expensive requests, things we wouldn't have to do if we were selling it to anyone else. They wouldn't budge and just royally just pissed us all off. We really would love to pull the plug on the whole deal but we think it is the best offer she will get and it would actually be an even bigger headache if we did that. We are waiting on the the owner (the deceased pharmacist's wife) to make her final decision.

I was a busy bee today as well. Got some employment tax stuff done, a few loads of laundry, dyed Easter Eggs with the kids, made Rice Krispie eggs with the kids, Sweat to the Oldies with Richard Simmons for awhile, made grilled pork & fixins' for supper, caught up on my homework, and now checking in with you guys! I'm tired so think I'll go veg on the couch for awhile and then hit the hay. Nighty Night!

Prom book on FB...I did the simple path thinking it would be simple...I'm not sure it was! But I just threw them in there for the others to look at and will have to play with a different book for us before I buy...did I just say buy???? For the next great deal!

and...by the way...a bunch of my friends are missing form FB, so if we aren't friends, send me a request if you want me...I still am not sure where/how I lost about 1/2 of my friends????

I lost a couple that I knew from SD also, not sure if it was intentional or what (smelling armpits) just kinda chalked it up to "whatever"

DD called last night (or this morning) at 1:30 and wanted me to come pick her up. They had went out for breakfast after prom and then her friends wanted to go hang out at WalMart and she said that she wasn't feeling well, so she stayed in the car until I got there...she seemed fine when I got there about 15 minutes later, so I am hoping that nothing major was going on. 1:30 is pretty late for her, so I am hoping she was just tired. She was going to stay at one of the girl's and DH tried to tell me that I should just come with him for the night...I'm glad I didn't. I'm glad she knows that she can call me for whatever reason and I will be there...but I am tired as 1:30 is pretty late for me as well!
