Its amazing to me, some can get it to you SO fast, and others, can't get it to you at all

I'd like to thank everyone for your congrats!! It's been an exciting day! Had to post and run. Got our grandson and now getting our granddaughter!! My big win of the of the year!! Oh, I did get a Cliff Crunch granola bar in the mail today.

Okay, so, MAYBE my ranting about the Subway Grab the Green Sweepstakes, over the past few days, is going to pay off (???). See post# 1476 [p.99] from yesterday.

Today, I received the following email from Customer Service (my 4th email from them):

Hello Ms. Ives,

We sincerely apologize again for the continued frustration and difficulties that you have experienced. Although the website is unfortunately still not working, we have just received work that the problem has been discovered and our technical team is currently working diligently to fix this error; our technical team has informed us that they are extremely close to successfully resolving the problem and that the code website should be up and working very shortly. Although we would love to extend the promotion, we are not legally permitted to do so; however, we have provided you with 6 complimentary codes (listed below) for you to play with while we wrap up this issue. Also, it appears that we do not have your mailing address, which would be problematic in the event that you do win a prize; we would appreciate it if you could please respond to this e-mail with your full name and mailing address. We apologize for the tremendous inconvenience but can assure you that you will be able to receive codes very soon. Feel free to contact us with any further questions.

1.) They have sent me 6 codes (probably no winners, but they did send them). Seeing as I can use 2 codes per day, I'm good for today, tomorrow, and Sunday -- Sunday being the last day of the sweepstakes. So, although I wasn't given any codes for the 16th through the 20th, I was/will be able to enter codes for the 21st - the 24th.

2.) They DO have my mailing address on file -- I submitted it when I initially registered for the sweepstakes. Do I dare to think that they are going to send me something, outside of the sweepstakes?
