So what do you think about the new shows so far?
I like New Girl, it was a bit awkward and slow at the beginning but by the end of the show, I was hooked. There were some funny jokes and good casting. I love the Small spoiler:
Two Broke Girls, I made the mistake of watching a short clip online about a week ago and thought it looked terrible but DH set it to tape. Turns out the short clip was the least funny line in the whole show, the rest of the show was witty and downright funny.
Unforgettable, meh. I'll watch one more because DH wants to, but wasn't that fussed over it. There were a couple of really annoying points in the show. Huge spoiler:
Free Agents, really liked this one. Good cast and a really good pilot. Just hope they can keep it up without it becoming tired.
The Secret Circle. Typical trying to cash in on Twilight show, only with witches. Couldn't get through one episode.
Same thing with Ringer, had to turn it off part way through the pilot.
Some shows I'm looking forward to, haven't aired yet....
Awake (no air date at this time but the trailer is really interesting and the lead actor is one of my faves, he's British)
Grimm (trailer looks good, even though the premise sounds silly http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kh3rFsv_WSE it airs 10/28, date changed)
Pan Am (Like Madmen in the air?
airs 9/25)
Person of Interest (the trailer looks really good, interesting premise airs 9/21)
Prime Suspect (there's a British Show by the same name, so I guess they're doing an American version
Airs 9/22)

I felt the same way about Pan Am.
She was enough for me at the beginning. But now she is so weird in teh show, that I am more annoyed by her than anythng else. That, and Schmidt being a total douchebag, unlikable character. Damon Wayans was the only saving grace for it, and they replaced him with some other guy.
I'm waiting for that as well. Also, that Once Upon a Time looks like it may be interesting. Plus I've been a suscker for Lana Parrilla since Boomtown
Which Buffy guy? I know Sean Hayes is involved.

I'm excited for season 2 of The Walking Dead tonight.

I won't get to see any more Free Agets because it was canceled. The not as funny Up All Night will continue - http://www.thestreet.c
- t's so easy to get back episodes now.
- it keeps me from getting invested in a show only to have it cancelled abruptly, meaning no closure/decent finale.
- i avoid shows that see high critical/viewer praise for the first half of the season, but spiral down in the second half and make those who loved the earlier episodes watch a bunch of crap in the hope that things might get back on track (see: Killing, The).
an extreme example: i'm just trying out Rescue Me. of course, every once in a while, a Boardwalk Empire comes around and i jump on after the first episode. But the problem with the theory is, many of those shows are worth watching ANYWAY. I thought Studio 60 was canceled way too early, but I'm glad we got the 22 eps that we got. Same with Firefly, there isn't a Firefly fan on the planet that's pissed he got into that show. I don't go out of my way to watch new shows but I'm not going to actively avoid them either. If someone tells me to check out a new show, or if the promos tickle my fancy, I tend to check them out.
Picked up for a full season:

Pan Am started out with an intersting premise but WTF is up with so many plots and so much stuff going on in the first shows? Too many crap going on that I don't care about. They could have taken it like Mad men and taken a few episodes of trips to Europe with CIA crap and issues at home with their personal issues. Now they have Cuba, JFK, and the islands? Lost me by trying too much too fast.
I'm glad that with the Breaking Bad season over, I've got The Walking Dead to save me. I've been waiting for this show for ever. I've never really watched Zombies but last season got me hooked and in the mean time, I've watched alot of zombie movies and even started playing Plants vs Zombies.
Anyone have any opionions on Kelsey Grammer aka Fraiser's new show Boss or Enlightened on Showtime?
Oh how I miss my United States of Tara on mondays and Terriers.
