I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

We found a place that we get them off the ground (FREE). Don't think they have fallen yet but I can let you know when they do. Getting a few more isn't a problem. We use them in our trailer on the Wolf River in Wisconsin for the Winter.
I agree with you on all of the above and I will do as you say. Don't know if it will get me anywhere but at least I'll make a strong point. Who knows, maybe they will fix their system to notify people in advance. Even thought of doing writing some comments for the editorial section of our local paper. Thanks.

Your hubby shouldn't balk at satellite dishes. That technology has been a boon living in a rural area. I would have been upset like you were. If you had an emergency, you could have had a huge problem. Poor customer service, for sure...you handled it with grace. Sleep tight!

I tried the OB thing and it told me I live too far ...over 25 miles! wth ! Why should that matter? I have to drive that far to do alot of things. Oh well???
