If you gave them the coupons last, it should work. They are still getting the money from the companies that give you the coupons.

The biggest problem people had in getting help after Katrina was they didnt have proper ID. The people that got the first checks had their papers with them. Insurance wont settle with out the paperwork either and if you have to hunt them down and file for them its very time consuming and stressful. Some people from Katrina still havent been able to settle with the insurance companies because they could remember something as simple as the name of their insurance company!!
