the rotating motion I'm talking about is when you tuck one elbow in more than the other

so you're twisting yourself when you go up, which is bad. because you're engaging different groups of muscle unevenly.

this happens quite a bit to novices because they have virtually no chest or tricep strength in their left arm.

Bro - I'm with you bro. We can't have n00bs doing pushups like n00bs bro. They might snap their rotator cuffs right in half! Anyone wanting to do pushups needs to hire a properly-licensed trained professional trainer to train them to do pushups. Anything less is just dangerous and unbrofessional.

I have a friend that did 50 pushups once, and they had to amputate his arm because he tore up all the muscles and there was no saving anything. Some crazy shit, dude.

The obvious dangers aside, I'm in. Are we going to post results?

OK, initial test: rank 3 with 22 push ups. Is Monday going to be the start of week 1?

Right. Week 1 is week 3. Although she'll be on week 1. Which I assume means that 7 days in pushups for a man is like 21 for a woman.


I guess a better question is: are we all going to start the program on Monday?
