have you tried them on yet?
it's weird bc some polishes used to peel/chip really fast on me but they don't anymore. i think it may have been more to do with my nails than the products themselves.

using SV wrong was what was causing my peeling before, i think. it's not good to wait too long in between base coat and polish, i think. now i just try to do everything in 5-10 minute increments. that means i'm usually doing my nails while i'm watching tv shows kuz otherwise i don't have 30-40 minutes to just sit there. i love SV bc after i apply it, in 5-10 min it's pretty dry. if you wait till your polish is already dry to apply SV i think it has more of a likelihood of peeling.
i think most base coats are the same tho. i like SV bc i'm not good at being careful with my nails and it's the fastest drying one. it does cause tip wear faster, but that's something i can live with.

and thanks! that sweater is gawd-awful without belting it. it's funny bc i bought it from the night market in taiwan (dirt-cheap) and when i first tried it on, i was :sad: bc it looked so awful. then DH (dbf at the time) suggested that i put a belt on it. i tried it and voila! it was great. who knew DH had so much style?!
