there's a woman here that had gastric bypass last year, she's 5'8" and used to be 425lbs, now she's 250lbs. she told me she eats 3 Activia yogurt cups per day

Sometimes she asks me to shrink her feet so she can still get cool shoes (you know, with lights in them and stuff). Never takes me up on my offer to cut her toes off, though.
i eat plain greek yogurt with Kashi granola for breakfast usually, but it fills me up for several hours so i don't worry about it being a 170 calorie meal.

I don't know for certain. The bride makes it in a crock pot. She warms the milk for a few hours and then adds in yogurt cultures (yogurt from the previous batch) and then turns it off and wraps the crock pot in towels for over night. That's how she does it based on my observations.
Then I'll have to find a new bride. The Ginger can't satisfy my nightly cravings from prison. But possession of raw milk isn't illegal.
I don't understand the question.
