There have been reports of explosives and grenades. Also, a stolen police vehicle. I'm just relaying what others have reported....so who knows.

If he is tech savvy he already has the scanner download.

The scanner has been very quiet, I believe they switched to other channels for most of the important things now.

I believe they are calling in a for a negotiator to come to the command post for an assignment.

They sent for those a long time ago.


On the scanner now they are say channel 7 is reporting trains are not running, but the police don't know anything about that. They called to confirm, and all subway lines and commuting lines are suspended.
