fantastic. was able to get it shipped. looks like the price moves between 199-229 and since Frys won't carry this much longer, not going to wait for the extra $30. Now to figure out what to get for atmos speakers that aren't $500 a pair. those are way overpriced for what they do.

my set up that I've pieced together through these awesome Frys sales.
Fronts: Rf-82 II
center: Rc-62 II
rears: Rb-61 II
sub: R115-sw
atmos: no clue

4 Jamo satellite speakers, 2 for rear and 2 for front height.
Atmos speakers are wayyyyyy over priced and I think that using the front height variation, you will get the same sound stage.


Yeah, I almost didn't buy the speakers b/c the SDer in me didn't wanna pay $30 extra per speaker but I didn't wanna miss out on this price point for these speakers and in case this is the last run for this deal (I highly doubt it but you never know...)
The free shipping (even having it as an option) made the decision easier.

Daily steals just had a sale on some pioneer atmos speakers. I think it was $69 for the pair. I received mine yesterday I'm about to hook them up right now. Daily steals had this sale a couple of times already so they will probably have it again.

Oh my bad, forgot to put that info in.

Using the sub from the Jamo HT set. It's this sub right here.

If you can ever get your hands on Jamo set, run! It's parent company is Klipsch and trust me, the sound is terrific.

Also, don't get duped by these posts on AJ Pioneer speakers. They are highly overrated in my opinion. My 2 pioneer AJ tower speakers have been relegated to my downstairs study.

This is where my inexperience comes in. I get nervous mixing and matching speaker brands and worry about matching. I suppose it may not matter much with the Atmos speakers compared to the L-C-R.

Never planned on having surround sound system due to limited space until the Denon X3300, klipsch RC-62 II and R-115SW sub showed up last week,now i just unloaded 2 RF-82 II's in my garage. Waiting for a good rear speakers to show up in here. I hate SD!

These are so cheap.... I want to go with Knightshade's suggestions from a similar thread (RBH and Ascend) but at this price I may have to try them out.

EDIT:


I stopped by Fry's to check them out and ended up passing. I'm going to pull the trigger on Ascend CMT-340 SE's instead. That said, they did have them in stock at the Milton location.

I returned my R-26F's and bought these instead. What are atmos speakers? And anyone know what ceiling speakers would pair well for surrounds?

Planning the below setup

Fronts: Rf-82 II picked up 2 today
center: Rc-62 II picked up yesterday
rears: Rb-61 II waiting for a deal
sub: R112sw waiting
atmos: no clue still under research

I see others using R115sw instead of R112sw, what do you guys think of R112sw? How often do the rb 61Iii and the sub r112sw go on sale?

Woot! Got the RF-82s for pick up, tried to add to cart at 2:30am but site kept kicking me out, finally worked this morning. Added to the 15" sub and Rc-62.

I am personally waiting on the Denon AVR-X3300W to come back at 499 or so. Seems to be the best deal out of all AVRs in the 4-500 (Fry's) price range. That being said they have the Yamaha available this week it looks like and it's a great performer.
