Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

many thanks.
as soon as i read this from you..it was enough for me to proceed with GV.
created new GV.
paid $3 to unlock.

looks like it should be completed in about 30 minutes.
so first part done.
Quote from desi_babu_2010 :
port is complete.
all done in about 90 minutes. start to finish.
now...
part 2..port out of current 4 month old byod (main number)...but before that,,,considering going to best buy..opening new line as a paid line on current 4 month old byod account (mine)..getting g6 for 120 .paying off using *3..porting both lines to somewhere (not sure where yet)...then porting back 1 line to sposue account...letting g6 line expire..
ok..went to best buy this morning..created a new line on a new $65 plan on my existing four month old BYOD (initially 1 line , now 2 lines....1 free + 1 paid $65)

came home paid off using *3.
now will port out both somewhere..

can someone summarize the tmobile $3 plan for dummies....(thats me)
like where to get a sim? is it at tmobile store? do they give them for free?

how to set up account is it online?

kelvin..help..and i promise to make love tonite

Some TMO reps still allow you to fund it later. I usually just tell them my wife takes my CC and goes shopping, and I will fund it later when she comes home Big Grin If they say no, I just thank them and try for another rep later.

Thanks! To everyone, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy New Year, and make more love!

Will you be able to add a line after this deal expires? Haven't read anything about this.
I think so but it is not certain.

The offer says "add a line at any time..." but that is open to interpretation.

There's always Ebay.
Searching there on "tmobile numbers for port" gives hits that look fine to me.

One has 2254 sold so I imagine they work fine.

Hi guys. Sprint website asks for the IMEI and the phone number on the first page. If I complete the registration, when will my number be ported over? I still want to stay with the current provider for another week. Thanks.

I have basically given up for now as I do not have another SSN that I can use and do not want to take advantage of a friend by talking them into it.

I have been using the Sprint BYOD service for home internet mainly.

It turns out that there is an extremely low cost offer here from a provider in my particular area for home broadband now and I will get that when the Sprint free plan runs off UNLESS Sprint retentions offers me an incredible deal at that time. Who knows, they could do something like extend the end date to Jan. 31 2019 for everybody at that time or something like that (though I doubt it). We may have more leverage and possibilities at that time than now.

I might switch to Teltik or Mintsim at that time for voice service - I use very little voice really, and very little data away from home.

Your line won't port until you have the sim card and initiate the port/activate the phone.

If you are close to Apple store they will give Tmobile sim for free. Then call to port in to tmobile. It could be free or max $10 to port and activate.

Any sim, they just can't be reused. You can also buy one online and ask the seller to message you the iccid number prior to shipping.

How do you get a new number on this plan? Don't have a number to port and need to activate a new line on the BYOD plan?
