Why, why, why do I insist on eating chips and salsa when I go out for Mexican? I know the salsa is hot and I will drink 4 huge glasses of water, yet keep eating the chips and salsa. Then the food comes, I take two bites and I'm full. From now on I have to decide if I want the chips or a dinner. Oh well, we have lunch for tomorrow. :yay: for doggie bags

And Teri, it's the same for me at the mexican restaurants! Often we go and just have drinks and chips for dinner. My favorite waiter guy makes real strong drinks, and brings us a nice side of hot bean & cheese dip for the chips too. I'm stuffed right now from a German dinner tonight though, no chips!
