Any monitor is, really. Though, you could get a much bigger one with 60hz instead of 144 for probably same price, maybe a bit more.
Stats for a triple monitor setup.
Freesync & up to 144hz refresh. HDMI and Displayport. G-sync compatible with reports of quirks, but probably none that interfere with gaming. Slim bezel with a curved display and VA panel, so decent viewing angles and should look very nice all side by side.
VESA (75x75) compatible, but the mount is inset in the frame a bit so don't lose the extra long screws this monitor is supposed to ship with now.
Seconded. I specifically looked for and purchased a 24" 1080p for gaming. I'm not a fan of larger size as it'd be too close and the higher res isn't tat important for me esp at the smaller screen size. All subjective preference though.

You can have bad input lag with 1ms response time, they are not the same thing.
