0 for 3 on it this week. Each time I've tried cancelling because of time to deliver it just goes straight outright cancelling the order. This was on a new Samsung account as well (I've never got that discount offered to me before).
Tried x2 to get it to work with no luck. Tried lower price elsewhere and won't ship soon enough. Neither worked. This was on a new account that never used the trick before.
bought and complained on chat about the ship date, they said to contact them back within 14 days of receiving it to get a 10% refund and gave me a case #. Not an instant refund but im not going to try to deal with cancel and likely rebuying multiple times
