What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
  9. Rate plan appears under ratePlans
Can This Be Combined With Other Offers?

I'm on TMobile One, I had 8 lines on the account (2 free), it was easy to convert the account so I can get 9-12 lines on it. I sent message through DM on Twitter, several hours later had a response. TForce rep said they had to do some manual stuff to the account, a little more exchange through DM and now account changed over and I have a third free account. Rep assured me I'd lose nothing, no promo's, no discounts, etc.

I just checked, account is still noted as T-Mobile One, now has a code of FRLTULFM9 assigned.

You need to watch out for the bill though if it goes up compared to the previous one. Simiilar thing happened to me as well. Took lot of follow-up with CS to get it fixed.

Most (all?) Android phones allow you to use your phone as a WIFI adapter through USB. I don't know about iPhones but I would assume there is something similar.

Received a text message from T Mobile this morning: "Great news! T-Mobile line xxx-xxx-xxxx is scheduled to receive a monthly bill credit for 2020 OnePlus Activate P5 as long as your eligibility is maintained". The phone number is the new free line and the phone is OnePlus 8 5G.

Shows "$30 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines)" for me. It added "(Additional Lines)" when I added this new one.

You're going to end up paying for that phone line. Free phones don't stack with the free line.
