Daily Deals is slow as molasses in shipping but I have always received the items I order (eventually) . I have never had to return anything, so I can't comment on that. As far as broken items ā I would just point out that this happens to me with EVERY seller because the post office is losing, delaying and in many cases mangling my packages. And UPS has mangled a few of my packages too. As far as selling "used" items , I have complained about this from Amazon as well. This is almost standard practice for Amazon Just about every item I get has been opened . That is probably the result of their very liberal return policy. What do you think they do with all of your returned itemsā throw them out ?
I had a horrible experience with Daily Steals. They send used broken items and don't allow returns. Do not buy!
