Also, you can remote start the washer or dryer. Good if you are on electric TOU rate plans

Want to ask because the house is close to closing (but not yet). Just want to wait to order after closing and get the key if that is possible
Thanks
The biggest problem with front load is the boot seal gets very moldy very quickly no matter how often you clean it. That is prob where the smell comes from. My next washer will be too load for sure to avoid this issue.
FRONT loaders popular b/c:
*STACKABLE = small footprint.
*LARGER washing drum capacity! I can wash my KING size comforter at home due to 5.6cuft front load drum; no top loading washer can do this.
*Easier on clothes b/c no center agitator than can beat-up clothes. Some top loads don't have a center agitator and won't get clothes as clean as machines w/ center agitator.
*LESS WATER; some people may care about this.
LG (WM9500HKA) has a 5.8cuft front loader!

Whirlpool has a 5.0cuft front loader.
Samsung has a "6"cuft (5.0cuft front + 1.0cuft TOP for sm loads/delicates/handwash). Not stackable due to the TOP load washer built into the front loader.
If haul away isn't a factor, is the 4000 the deal to choose?

With supply drying up if you need them get them now while still in stock.
In my case they forgot to apply "pipe compound" to the gas line and which was explicitly stated in the LG gas dryer installation guide.
If you get the sidekick pedestal washer, you will need THREE receptacles (main washer, pedestal and gas dryer) available. We did not at the time of the costco install, so we used an extension cord to test out the install which was fine. A day later I had my general contractor came out to do put in a receptacle (replace the rusted hot/cold water hook up behind the washer/dryer), he suggested replacing all the water lines with steel braided lines and when he was reconnecting the gas inlet he noticed that the Costco installer did not use pipe compound during the install.
