I have a Sony A8H OLED and this is my 2nd TV for football...and I have an untrained eye and dont know what I'm talking about, I only read what other people have to say on AVS forum etc so take this with a huge grain of salt
But I'm SHOCKED at how good this thing is. It's 6" away from my OLED and for regular TV stuff, I prefer the U6G. For most things I'd say I do. I thought I'd show off how good the OLED blacks are and how nothing can touch them by putting on a 4k space demo on Youtube in 4k. Blacks are alllllmost as good. I had to really look to see a difference. Side by side. I put on Mad Max in 4K HDR (supposed to be one of the best movies to show off a TV. They almost look the same. I'd say the U6G has more color/saturation and the TV is just much brighter. The OLED maybe makes things look the natural color they are. I've often made fun of people who evaluate screens based on how bright or saturated they are. The U6G did a much better job with skin tones and making people seem to be a real tone/tan.
If I could sell my OLED for $1500 or so I'd 100% do it and buy another U6G. I've only had it a couple days but at a quick look there's just no way the Sony OLED is $1000-$2000 better.
Hopefully this info helps someone at some point, very happy with it especially for the price

One thing you SHOULD keep in mind is the 75" is an IPS display so the contrast (blacks) is likely bad compared to the smaller sets.
