The i5 @ $399 is a good deal. 11th gen with iris graphics is more than id expect for that price. It's 1080p IPS. It can handle mid level gaming at good frame rate. You can upgrade the ram and add a secondary spinner drive for less than $75. I think this is an excellent budget laptop. I know someone who got the 17.3" version of this for $519 @BB and they're really happy.

Thanks for your question. No, this laptop uses a standard barrel connecter for charging. It cannot be charged through the USB-C port. This model does not support video out through the USB-C port. It has an HDMI 1.4 port for video output to a monitor.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I checked out the comparisons, but wasn't sure because the i3-1115G4 had less cores/threads, but faster speeds.

This would be a killer deal if it was the quad core i3, but it isn't. It isn't terrible if you just need a web surfing machine (and don't plan to keep too many windows open at once), but for an extra $70 to $120, there have been recent deals with twice as much storage, and/or much better processors (either the quad core i3 or the current generation Ryzen 5 6 core mobile processor). Unless you really need one right now and don't need a particularly fast machine, I would probably wait for the holiday deals to come out.
