I'd pay the extra $70 to take a brand new ES2 with better support and warranty over this refurb ES3 from Woot.
Just as an fyi my scooter came without some screws and without the charger. I called woot and they gave me the option to return it or to take 20% off and find the parts myself, so I found the parts myself and saved even more.

I'd estimate that it's unlikely, but who knows. $330 for the ES3 is a strong price. We're seeing BF pricing well in advance of the sale season.

$199 is a true Slickdeal. I bought the ES3 Plus from Costco earlier this year for $599 and thought about returning it to grab one of these, TBH.
I saw a few months back the MaxGP was accidentally priced on Amazon $60 and some people got in on that. Apparently I need to stay up later.
I've always been under the impression that they're customer returns. Since they're part of Amazon, I imagine if it's not up to expectations you'd have the ability to return. Maybe buy two and keep the one you prefer?
