Pro Tip: The installation should be fairly hidden, other than the antenna that is mostly hidden behind the rear view mirror. Install it in her car before Christmas then just give her the remotes on Christmas morning, it will be more exciting than a pile of boxes. Speaking from experience Frown

Got this installed into a Honda Ridgeline two years ago with a similar deal from BB. Works great and has great distance. For those that don't know, this comes with one 2-way remote. This remote beeps to confirm commands (start/lock/unlock) were received.

The distance with the two way remote is pretty incredible anyway. I can start my car from anywhere inside my house and pretty deep inside my work. To start it any further is just a waste of gas in my opinion.

I have a Jetta S (no keyless entry or Start/Stop push button). By adding this I think I get keyless entry but will still need the key to start/stop engine. Is that correct?

Is there an option to add Start/Stop button to the car.

Yes but bb sells the drone feature usually around $320 I believe. It drops usually for sale a week or 2 after this non drone version

Doesn't work for bmws pass 2015 i know of . But newer ones have auto start built in oem . Downfall is remote range
Benz definitely has manufacture drone option built in

Reading about it, might be a firmware update. Wasn't there last time I looked and was told when it was purchased it didn't have it. Will take a look
