In your case, if this is something that would generally be covered under some warranty but they are saying it is voided because it is Compustar's fault, then the burden should be on the dealer to prove that.
I'm thinking about getting it for my Spark and my GFs Rav4. Adding 2 to the cart doesnt give free installation or installation accessories to the 2nd one. I'm guessing it would if I checked out separately though.

Worked out to saving ~$800 on the two; between the discount, the TT discount and the free install. Honestly, even if you want the one getting the TT might be worth it. You get the full year for $90, which includes free applecare/bestbuy protection, free two day shipping, other discounts on items. Great holiday gift at 150 with free install, 269 was a bit prohibitive but this worked out great!
(Also I know BB did a PS5 event for TT members in the past to get first dibs, may do something like that again in the future...i hope anyway)
Do the power locks work? If they do then you should be able to use the compustar remote to lock and unlock the car.

I was heavily considering the BB Compustar again for her new car BUT didn't like the idea of lugging the factory remote plus new remote together.
Still the BB team did a great job a few yrs ago!! on a non T-Harness install back then.
