Microcenter has the Maingear Vector Pro which is 100$ more but only weighs 3.9LBS(sustains 130w 3070), and has 32GB ram and a Ryzen variant but smaller battery.

And what if you want a Ryzen chip instead of i7?
The mech 15 has a Ryzen option on Amazon and on their website (but their Amazon listing is much cheaper). And Maingear laptops on microcenter have AMD options (but none of those are mech 15's, they're max 15's the very light 3.9LB laptop but it has worse battery life then mech 15 and worse thermals)
