Maybe I'm wrong since nobody posted this yet, but this seems like pretty decent specs for $1,169 even though it's open box (excellent). Keep in mind there is no webcam, but many reviews recommend a third-party app that lets you use your phone as a webcam.

So…gonna guess these open box units are mostly ones with backlight bleed, but in general they were very poorly constructed. The second one I had lost functionality I'm the right half of the space bar.
reddit is rife with examples of these and other issues. If you baby it and use an external monitor this is a pretty slamming deal though
