Can this one do gas only like the Ooni or does it require wood to get up to temp?
I think that makes the chances rather slim. I'll be buying an Ooni too and then return whichever I like less

I personally think the ooni and gozney have a far better build quality. I had the bertello and it just didn't have the same attention to detail. Bertello felt more "industrial" and had a lot of rough edges. Finish started chipping as well after a 2 uses. Their customer service is good though.
