As the primary chef in the household, I use my airfryer a LOT. This seems like a great deal on Bestbuy right now. I know this ain't the best of all time deal, and this fryer seems to go on sale a lot (see my price history graph in images). Nevertheless, in case anyone want to upgrade their cooking this Christmas, this seems like a good option.

Ummm ...air fryers work by convection cooking...I.e. The movement of hot air. So the foil will prohibit the air movement, that the air fryers fans are designed to move. Kinda defeating the purpose of the air fryer. You pretty much just turned it into a regular toaster oven.

It has been working fine for me for years and I've never had to clean anything.

Like I said you've got a toaster oven. They work.. But your not getting full convection benefits.

And what's the difference? My items are coming out nice and Crispy and cook very fast like any air fryer, and I don't need to clean any part of the air fryer, so what am I missing out on?

As far I can tell no difference, however in the app when I switch to stainless and back to this black one the price goes up to $129...guessing some kind of error with the website/app but who cares as it will let you add it to the cart at this price. I would have jumped on this but I ordered the COSORI CS100 from Amazon last night while they had $15 off coupon going on....

If you never had a problem with it and it's so popular in your household why would you return it? Especially the bs hassle best buy makes you go through to return it and the crummy gift card is all you have to get for it. You won't find a better value than what you bought it for. I'm keeping mine for sure. Just don't do anything stupid with it and you'll be fine.
