Roughly $2 cheaper than the same thing from puritan.com for the zinc. For the rest of the BOGO it appears puritan.com would be cheaper with it's BOGO. Be sure to compare prices before picking one.

Be careful about taking this much zinc daily for prolonged periods. Zinc is one of those drugs/supplements with a narrow "therapeutic index" (the span between how much you need to get a benefit to how much can potentially cause harm). Zinc is an essential nutrient, with a RDA at roughly 10 mg/day, but the upper limit at which chronic use is potentially hazardous is only 40 mg/day. Most people get the RDA from their diet alone, so adding that dietary intake to this 30 mg supplement gets you to the Upper Limit. There is some data suggesting that even higher doses taken for a short period of time (2 weeks or less) can reduce severity and duration of colds, but your call as to whether that's worth it. Potential hazards of excess systemic zinc include causing systemic copper levels to drop, which may result in nerve damage, which in some cases can lead to very serious health problems.
