He linked wrong one. Kit with 8ah does not have option for free battery
You cancel the 5.0 battery and get the trimmer, 8.0 battery, and charger for $199. Great deal, thanks OP!
I suspect this is an error, so if you have any reservations, buy now figure it out later. Usually the 5.0 battery is free with a bare tool, not a kit.
Edit: to clarify, if you so it right this deal is for the trimmer plus 8 ah HO battery.

I'm hoping that this is a temporary error with the 5 Ah listing, in general, and not Home Depot trying to crack down on people who return portions of their purchase. We will see.
It appears to be that we just need to pull up other tools we are interested in on their website to see about this promo. Store employees around here seem to be completely oblivious to any promos and are pretty much completely useless.
