I made a recipe I found on online called Mini Skillet Cookie. It's a big, deep chocolate chip wonderful
dessert. I just don't have the patience to stand around the kitchen waiting for multiple sheets of cookies to be done.

Best thing is it fits in my countertop toaster oven. I think it's the right size for the packets of Betty Crocker cornbread mix.
