Don't buy this its garbage. Its full of filler like corn meal/starch. Its gritty and grainy and gross. The taco meat is all gelatinous and sludgy and I actually had to strain it for it to be edible because of all the thickeners. get the original, its far superior.

If you buy fatty meat you should always strain it... if you have gelatinous issues you are buying fatty meat... just saying
