Nothing "premium" about this! Way more cheap filler than in the Original. Seriously, corn meal is the #1 ingredient in this, and it is not even in the Original... only potato starch for thickening, and it is down on the ingredients list. The premium has a few more ingredients added for flavor, but can you get to them through the mound of corn meal?

ORIGINAL:
Spices (Including Chili Pepper, Paprika, Oregano), Onion, Salt, Potato Starch, Garlic, Sugar, and Citric Acid.

PREMIUM:
Yellow Corn Meal, Spices (Including Chili Pepper, Cumin, Oregano), Sea Salt, Onion, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Cocoa Powder Processed with Alkali, Salt, and Jalapeño Pepper.
