Hart is made by the same company that makes Ryobi. I'd say Hart is equivalent to the lower end Ryobi tools and meant to compete with Black and Decker. Many of the Hart power and lawn tools look very similar to the Ryobi versions, just a different color and battery style.
Great deal for homeowner grade tools, don't let the naysayers who will soon flood in about team black and yellow or white and red, for the average person hart does the job just fine. If you want to be a brand snob and hang with the real pros just skip over dewalt or milwaukee and head straight to hilti, snapon, or festool they have some $800 drills they would love to sell you.
Yea wrong tool. You're looking for an impact wrench. This is an impact driver. They work under the same premise but the driver has about 1/4 to 1/8th the impact power.

Is it true Walmart does not do adjustments? I brought this set earlier this week and it just showed up?

It might with some, particularly with lugs that aren't particularly tight. But blaming a tool for not doing something it wasn't designed for is kind of silly. You might find a screwdriver that you can chisel a doorway into a brick house with, but trying to judge a screwdriver on its ability to do that would just be dumb.

From what user fishyx is saying is that the person grabbed this tool kit when it was $50 on clearance and the kit includes an impact wrench. My guess is that the person is confusing the kit or people are misunderstanding that this person used the wrong tool when the person didn't.

Nothing about what he wrote would imply that. He seems to say he bought this kit (which includes an impact driver) and tried using it to remove lug nuts. And there's nothing wrong with giving that a try, but just not something it should be judged on.

In my opinion, identical to Stanley and/or Black and Decker. I've had many of all 3 brands
The specs of these are better than those of Black + Decker. They are more on par with Ryobi. For instance, the impact driver is 1700 inch pounds. The Black + Decker impact driver is around 1400 inch pounds.

I cant comment on this 20v line but I have found their 40v yard tools to be superior to Ryobi.

If I has any need I'd totally jump on this. Good price for a DIY set of tools.

Except for Hart, Black&Decker, most stuff from Harbor Freight, and any "brand" from Amazon that isn't sold elsewhere.

Saying it has 1700 and having it are two different things. A few YouTube videos show just how much torque some really have.

That tool looks like an impact wrench. However, I will probably pass b/c of the short battery life.

Tell that to the Milwaukee m12 fuel impact driver...
Just because it works doesn't mean its the correct tool for the job. I could get a lug nut off with a torch but it's not the right tool.
