Hart is made by the same company that makes Ryobi. I'd say Hart is equivalent to the lower end Ryobi tools and meant to compete with Black and Decker. Many of the Hart power and lawn tools look very similar to the Ryobi versions, just a different color and battery style.

Great deal for homeowner grade tools, don't let the naysayers who will soon flood in about team black and yellow or white and red, for the average person hart does the job just fine. If you want to be a brand snob and hang with the real pros just skip over dewalt or milwaukee and head straight to hilti, snapon, or festool they have some $800 drills they would love to sell you.

Yea wrong tool. You're looking for an impact wrench. This is an impact driver. They work under the same premise but the driver has about 1/4 to 1/8th the impact power.

There is a dewalt drill bit set deal for $10 on SD. Bosch cobalt set for $26 (drilling metal). You probably also want impact bits like this

Milwaukee and Makita are both good.

You might want to consider getting a pruning sawall blade for the recip saw for small tree limb. I have Diablo brand. Or you can consider getting the Hart pruning saw for $99 with 2 batteries.

Received the 5-tool combo quickly. Vacuum has a built-in flip-down narrower nozzle for crevices. Nice not to have separate attachment to lose. Vacuum does not fit into the included carry bag, but all other items do. Both drills come with a screwdriver bit that clips on the handle for nice convenience. They also have a LED light that automatically dims when off. Reciprocating saw comes with one wood blade.

Waiting for the chain saw pruner with two 4ah batteries to complement this combo tool set.

Great for occasional home projects. I'm not going to use these regularly so it is perfect for me.

This is not a hot deal, but HART has a 7.5 inch diameter fan that can run on their batteries. With summer coming up it may be nice to have when outdoors. https://www.walmart.com/ip/seort/...hr_enp_tei

Oh yes, you definitely can. Harbor Freight comes to mind... and there's a dizzying array of Chinese brands on Amazon/Alibaba.

Ryobi WAS kinda low end back... oh I'd say about 15 years ago. So yeah, I understand your comment if it applies to that point in time. But now, they are definitely mid to middle high caliber of tool.

Sure, they'll never (or maybe rarely be comparable re: certain specific tools) be a competitive foe of Milwaukee/Dewalt/Hitachi, etc., but their system works for (IMHO) about 80% of homeowners/DIYers out there.

Just my 2¢. : )

Granted it's a completely diff product line, but got a hell of a deal on the 40v self propelled mower and was actually quite amazed. Tons of power and deals with wet grass better than my ~12yr old Toro did. I go the string trimmer/blower combos with a battery on clearance so I've got enough power for my whole lawn. If ur on the fence I say give the brand a try, u may be surprised! Ir not, return it.
