Thanks OP. grabbed one

Why do you think they'd cancel the order?

Technically not a "slick deal" or really a deal at all, but thanks to OP for the heads up on this. Been waiting and subsequently missing anytime they come in stock on Amazon. Hopefully this works for pickup next week!

I'd say it's a slickdeal in the sense you might actually get one not at the scalper price haha

Well I found this last night at like 1am, so I was kind of expecting some type of email from best buy saying they don't have any in stock, but it looks like it should show up.

I preordered this when it was first announced. It takes around 30 seconds to connect which isn't a big deal but recently I've had issues with it disconnecting and freezing more often. I've had it probably 5 or 6 months now . Resetting and reconnecting the unit didn't do anything for me. I find myself going back to direct connecting the line to avoid it freezing on me while I'm using google maps. Just a heads up with my own experience.

This is my exact experience as well. Worked great after getting things ironed out initially, and I loved having Android Auto running all the time even on short trips where I'd never both with USB. But I'm no longer using it because of the disconnecting problems that got worse and worse.

I've had one of these for about a week. After some tweaking on my phone, so far, so good. It's nice to just get into the car with my phone in my pocket and have android auto wirelessly.

Yes, that's the one. I got it through their indiegogo campaign a while back.

I got one off Amazon in February, and have been using it on and off. It gets your phone seriously hot, and it drains the battery. I haven't had the frequent disconnects that some here have had, but it does happen occasionally. On trips of over 30 minutes i just plug my phone in. Overall it works OK but there are some drawbacks. I wish more carmakers offered wireless AA.

This was never a problem for me. Pixel 5a. Now if I could keep it from disconnecting all the time, that would be awesome.

Weird. Currently using the Chinese OTTOCAST and never had any heat issues on my s21
