you can only charge the power bank with usb C
you cant charge your phone with a C to C cable. from the usb C port.

you would need a lightning to usb A cord.

Since this power bank doesnt charge devices from its usb C port you cant use a usb C to lightning cable.

so far this is my only power bank to have ever stopped working and have its batteries get fat on me. even my older no name chinese power banks have been holding up better.
