Decent price for a battery brick, but just as a gentle heads up, I ordered this exact battery brick about 2 weeks ago (February 7), and it was $15.28 before tax without coupon.

Before that, I bought it in September 2021 - at that point, it was $21.99, with a $7.00 clippable coupon. It's one of the battery bricks that goes "on sale" periodically.

I'll try one for use with my oculus quest 2 headset. Been meaning to try one out and this should work.

Yes it does. It has PowerIQ which is a fast charging compatible system that detects what the device connected to it can handle and supplies that. Version 3 is compatible with QC3.0 and PD3.0.

I have this battery, the IQ logo is visible by the USB A port and it fast charges my son's iphone (PD) and my moto (QC) at high speed with a compatible cord.

This seems to be a regular sale item because I see it at $20 or less regularly, except at Christmas when I was looking to buy 2 more.

Out of the 5 battery packs I have this is the best yet, with the 2nd best being an anchor 10k I bought 4 years ago that uses the round cells instead of flat and is much bigger and heavier.

Well, from Anker's Amazon description and on their own website, "Does not support Qualcomm Quick Charge."

Old article, only one side with QC or PD gets fast charging at 2.4a. IQ3 is stated at QC3 compatible... Maybe this one isn't IQ3....

Still the best battery pack I own.

Hey I know this question isn't entirely related to this post but I was wondering if anyone could suggest a reliable power bank/charger that is both ac & solar power rechargeable? Something that could be used normally but also in the event the power is out for awhile could still be recharged. Having a hard time finding reliable amazon reviews. Thanks

Save yourself the trouble, none of the solar powered rechargeable are any good at recharging via solar power. So, at this point in time... they're mostly a gimmick. If you really want one, Anker makes a decent one that goes on sale as low as $30, I believe. Just search past SD posts on anker solar batteries and you should find it.

If you are interested in something for emergency prep, you should look into ankers powerhouse models.
Much larger capacity, take external solar inputs from full sized panels (100w) thanks to an integrated solar charge controller, and a wider range of inputs/outputs for actual emergency use.

Used mine for many weeks during the 2020 creek fire to keep our internet up (no cell service), as generators run out of fuel behind roadblocks and aren't needed to run 24/7.

I have looked as well and never found a reputable company selling one with a solar panel. I suspect a panel that size produces so little power that it can't effectively charge with that low of an input.

The 20W usb-c output version was on sale for $20 late last year, might want to wait till it's on sale again. This unit is outdated.
