Perhaps more to the point the 13th series Intel will drop also. That's more likely to lead to a drop. Intel still is the gaming king with this 12th gen just not the efficiency king.
The new i5-13700 should be very competitive with this chip also but the new 13th gen is rumored to be more expensive so this still might be compelling.
I'm just waiting on the NDAs and review embargoes to lift.
It's a good time to be a gamer this fall.
