pro is slightly lighter (you can feel it), better speaker more battery etc better premium feel than 2 360. and comes with s-pen

I've had the older version for about year with no issues for me. Mostly use it for photo editing and general office stuff. I've never dropped it or anything so I can't say how rugged it is. It's pretty thin though.

I bought one of these open box excellent from BB. Fan constantly runs even after a clean install of windows. Anyone else have that issue?

Don't buy Samsung laptops they will make up any excuse under the sun not to provide you any warranty. Just Google all their complaints. It's nuts.

Certain things you cannot understand in life. When the same company able to make some world class Smart phones (which are more complex and sophisticated) , why not a laptop?

Another data point, I bought 2 of the 2021 Pro 360's for family members that aren't particularly gentle on things. Both going strong with 0 issues of any kind after a year of use. I'll likely buy this year's Pro 360 for myself.
