You may need to buy the C-wire adapter bundle which adds another 15 dollars. Check to see if your heating energy company offers a rebate. I know with mine they rebate up to 70 dollars for a new wifi thermostat installed.

Maybe come with two batteries, so you can charge one up and swap it out every 6 months or whatever.
And, yeah, I know about C-wire conversion kits and all the rest. Not to mention the boiler-killer leeching technology that Nest uses.
